We as  a culture have become  quite used to  having a visual go along with  our  audio experiences. What you  really  want to learn is to how make your next  video that you create  stick out among the crowd and how to be smart about it so it ranks better on youtube and  google. This can then easily lead to more  exposure for your idea, product or business/brand. So here you will learn 5  tips and tricks that you should incorporate when you  create your next  video that you intend to upload to  youtube!

 First, Do your research. This means you need to find out what people are actually searching.  There is no point in making  video about a topic that no one is  really  searching for unless you are a BIG YOUTBER like Pewdiepie who can make  random videos and people will watch them.

 You can conduct research  several ways. The easiest way is to simply   go to youtube and type in the  subject or  topic that you want to create a video about. You can see what other  youtubers have created about the subject. You can  also research the topic on  Google. Just type in the  subject an a lot of the times it will recommend other  related topics. This something to keep an eye on.You can also use a keyword research tool like  Wordstream or Keywordtool.io

If you really want your video to shine you  need to create something that is valuable and will somehow expand the knowledge of someone  who is interested in the  subject. Your video needs to bring some kind of value to  the lives of others and be mildly entertaining at the same time.

PRODUCE A HIGH QUALITY LOOKING VIDEO

Second, when you  produce your video make sure you try to  format it in the highest dimension that you can. People like to look at  smooth ,light  images. High definition is  an important quality to have when producing your video. You should make sure it is at least 1280 x 720. This video resolution or higher will help give a nice  lean look to your overall video. This will also look good to viewers and  encourage them to  watch your video longer. Youtube likes it when  videos make  viewers stay on Youtube longer. So keep this in mind.

MAKE SURE YOUR KEYWORDS ARE IN YOUR VIDEO TITLE

Thirdly, Put keywords in your video title. You may ask what is a “keyword”. A keyword is basically    the main words you need to use to describe what  a topic is about or is. So if I made a   video about  buying  orange juice I would make sure to  include  “buy “or “buying” in my video title along with   the  words orange. So my  video title might be  “How to  Buy Orange Juice for Cheap” or  “ How to Easily Buy Orange Juice”. When you  have the right  keywords in your video title it helps searchers understand what your video is about  easily and  helps Youtube sort you  accordingly.

WRITE A GOOD  VIDEO DESCRIPTION FOR VIDEO

Fourth, write a good size  video description that includes your keywords. So I have seen several videos that  have a  good title but  almost no  words in their  description. This is a golden opportunity for you  to  snag  Youtube and Google attention. When you have a good description along with a good video title  it  really helps to push your video up in the search results. Basically the more information you provide the more Youtube and Google can understand what your video is offering. Also  make sure it is at least  around 300 words  and 500 words is even better. Just make sure it makes sense and you  use your keywords once  at  the beginning and somewhere near the end.


SHARE SHARE SHARE EVERYWHERE!

Fifth and finally, share your  video in multiple places online. Once you  upload your  video to youtube find away to share the video link on  various social platforms. This means facebook, tumblr, blogger, twitter,social bookmarking websites and more. Youtube and Google both like to see content that is  shared. You may say  well I might not have a ton of places to share my content or oyu don’t kwno how to share them on various social media platforms. If this is the case you can also pay someone to do this for you like somone on Fiverr which can do it for just  5 bucks most likely.

WRAPPING IT ALL UP

So there you have it! These were 5  good tips and tricks to help your video rank better on  Youtube and Google at the same time. So you need to first do some research on your topic to see what people are  searching for  and make something that  brings value or  expands a person’s knowledge some how subject/topic. Make sure the video resolution is good like 1280 x 720 or higher for a  great  picture quality. Put keywords in your  title so Youtube and Google know what your video is about. Write a  good  description at least  300 words long  including your  keywords. Finally share your  new video link that you get from  Youtube in as many places as you can or pay someone to do it for you. You will be heading in the right  direction if you stick with these tips consistently.
